PL3 Repair Services and Consulting Ltd. is committed to protect the personal information of all those who visit our website. The purpose of the present privacy policy is to inform our visitors of the data processing principles and practice of PL3 Ltd.

Data Controller

Concepts related to data management

user:   a natural person, who registers to the Services and provides his or her data listed in section nr. 3. in this context.

 

data controller: the natural or legal person, or an organization without legal personality, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes of the processing of data; carries out and implements the decisions related to data controlling (including the utilized means), or get a data processor to carry these out.

 

data processing: any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data, irrespective of the procedure used, such as collection, recording, structuring, storage, alteration, use, retrieval, transmission, disclosure, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction, as well as prevention of further use of data, taking pictures, audio and video recording, as well as recording of physical characteristics suitable for identifying the person (eg. finger- or palm print, DNA-sample, iris image);

 

personal data: any data relating to the person involved – such as name, identification number, or one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of the person – as well as any conclusions relating to the person derived from the data.

 

approval: voluntary and definite declaration of the person’s will, which is based on adequae information and giving consent to the management of data relating to him or her – involving complete or partial procedures;

 

erasure of data: making the data unrecognizable in such a way that their restoration is no longer possible;

Types of Data Collected

Personal data is any information that can be used directly or indirectly on its own or with other information to identify a natural person. With the consent of our users, our company processes the following data:

a.   We provide opportunity for our users to contact us via e-mail. By contacting us via e-mail, users agree to the processing of the following personal

information:

 

• surname

• first name

• e-mail address

 

b.   By visiting our website, users are given an anonymous session ID that Google Analytics uses to record visited websites and the start and end date of visit for statistical purposes independently of personal information. Our company cannot connect these information to personal data, users decide on whether to share

these information by accepting cookies when a cookie-use notification window pops up at the bottom of the website or by using cookie settings in their browser.

 

Without users’ consent, our company does not transfer, disclose, sell, let out or release their personal information to third parties unless it is necessary to enforce our site policies or to comply with the law.

 

Our company has a notification obligation in case of privacy infringements, which have to be met promptly but not later than within 72 hours after the company is informed about the incident, except when the personal data breach does not cause any major harm to those concerned. In this case, the  notification must be send to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH). Persons affected by the incident should be notified only if the data breach is likely to pose a high risk to them.

 

Our visitors have the opportunity to use our website without providing personal information.

The Purpose of Data Processing

A PL3 Ltd. is committed to process your personal data exclusively for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes and not further processed in a manner that is incompatible with those purposes, and to process only those data that are adequate, relevant and essential in the fulfilment of data collection purposes.

b.   the use of anonymous session IDs and cookies by Google Analytics is only for statisticalpurposes

Legal Basis of Data Processing

In compliance with Section 5(1)(a) of the Act CXII of 2011 on the Right of Informational SelfDetermination and on Freedom of Information, the legal basis of data processing is the website visitor’s consent.

Duration of Data Processing

In case of e-mails sent by our users, e-mail addresses are deleted on the 30th day following the closure of the case referenced in the inquiry, except in specific cases, if the data controller has a legitimate interest in further processing of personal data, until such legitimate interest exists. In case the visitor requests the deletion of the data processed in a written declaration, those will be deleted within 10 days.

The processing of user data is carried out by  PL3 Ltd., except for the data collected for statistical purposes that are processed by Google Analytics

Rights of Data Subject

a. Right to Access

 

The data subject has the right to request information on whether or not his/her personal data are processed, and, where that is the case, what are those personal data concerned.

 

b. Right to Correction

 

Our visitors may indicate that the data being processed are inaccurate and to what data the controller should correct them.

 

c. Right to Deletion

 

The data subject may request the deletion of his/her data.

 

d. Right to Restriction

 

The data subject may request the restriction of his/her data being processed.

 

e. Right to Data Portability

 

The data subject may request for receiving his/her processed personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format (e.g. .doc, .pdf, etc.) and is entitled to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from the original controller.

 

f. Right to Objection

 

The data subject has the right to object the processing of his/her personal data for specified purpose at any time.

Judicial Remedy

We ask our users to contact us at info@pl3.hu if they feel that PL3 Ltd. has violated their privacy rights, so we can remedy any infringement.
